History Room

Items pertaining to local history are housed in the William Nordan Local History Room here at the library. Materials in this room do not circulate, and we are in the midst of scanning and cataloging these items. Currently we do not allow patrons to enter our History Room. However, we have a list of some of the material that is in the room, and if what you are researching is on the list we will be happy to bring it out for you. You will need to fill out the necessary paperwork and leave your Driver’s license at the front desk to use history room materials.

We do not have a staffed genealogy room; however we will assist with the general information and with making copies.

History Room materials cannot be checked out.

Our new microfilm scanner allows microfilms to be scanned and printed ($0.25/page) or saved to a flash drive.
